Did Philip Hurst join the United Order?

Note: I am not sure what this document means. There is another document showing that Philip Hurst joined the United Order in Fairview. He was certainly dedicated to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. -- JHD
Film 482967, Record book G, Page27:”Be it known by these presents that I Phillip Hurst of Springville in the County of Utah and Territory of Utah for and in consideration of the good will which I have to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints give and convey to unto Brigham Young, Trustee in Trust for said Church his successors in office and assigns all my claim to and ownership of the following described property to wit: The S half of the W half of Lot 1 Block 55 containing 10 acres in the Springville Survey of Farm land Value $60.


Also Lot 8 in Block 13 Containing 20 acres in the above Survey of Farm land Plot 1 Value $50.00

Also the NW qtr of lot one in Block 34 containing 10 acres in the Springville Survey of farm land Value $50.00

I also covenant & agree that I am the lawful claimant and owner of said property and will warrant and forever defend the same unto the said trustee in Trust his successors in office and assigns against the claims of my heirs or any person whomsoever - Phillip Hurst.
